LOGBOOKAIR detects and imports logbook and roster exports from major airline crew systems — AIMS, IBS iFlight and Qatar TOPS.
Each system has its own logbook layout. LOGBOOKAIR recognises them and maps fields for supported formats — no manual column matching.
Aegean Airlines & other AIMS carriers
The AIMS crew portal is used across many European and global airlines. LOGBOOKAIR imports both the Pilot Logbook export and the Personal Crew Schedule Report — flights, duties, crew and currency/expiry data.
Emirates & other iFlight carriers
The IBS iFlight crew management system uses a distinct logbook layout. LOGBOOKAIR detects it and maps each leg — including augmenting crew, PIC/co-pilot split and landings — without manual configuration.
Qatar Airways crew & rostering system
Qatar Airways exports an EASA-format pilot logbook from its TOPS crew portal. LOGBOOKAIR reads the full 12-column EASA layout — routes, block times, night and IFR time, PIC / PICUS function time, landings and crew — from spreadsheet and PDF exports.
Used by individual pilots flying for airlines that use these systems. Airline names do not imply endorsement, partnership or corporate use.

Import training hours once from your school’s logbook export, then keep your airline logbook up to date with AIMS or your carrier’s crew system.
Pilots migrating from SafeLog or PilotLog.com
PDF: export your full logbook from SafeLog or PilotLog.com. CSV: use the full logbook CSV export — either the modern pilotlog_date columns or the legacy semicolon positional export (Text15 header). Both auto-detect on upload.
Airline pilots bringing EASA flight-school hours (PPL, CPL, ME, IR, dual time)
In FlightLogger: My Logbook → Export As → PDF, XLSX, XML, or CSV (EASA logbook). Upload directly — do not re-map columns manually.
Pilots migrating from LogTen Pro (Coradine) on Mac, iPhone or iPad
In LogTen: Logbook → Export → "Export Flights (Tab)" or "Dynamic Export Flights (Tab)" — choose Tab-delimited text or CSV. Upload once to LOGBOOKAIR (PDF exports lose the PIC/SIC/night split, so use the text export).
Pilots migrating from FLYLOG.io (web, iOS or Android digital logbook)
In FLYLOG.io: open Export & Print and download your logbook as CSV (web: left menu; mobile: profile → Export & Print). Upload that file once to LOGBOOKAIR.
Pilots migrating from AsysAir flight-school management (Spain/Portugal FTOs)
In AsysAir LogBooks: open your pilot logbook, choose the date range, and export the LOGBOOK report as CSV or text. Upload that file on Transfer Logbook — do not re-map columns manually.
Pilots migrating from SIEPA flight-school management (One Air and other Spanish FTOs)
In SIEPA: open Informes → Logbook, select your date range and student, then print/save the LOGBOOK report as PDF. Upload that PDF on Transfer Logbook.
In the app, use Transfer Logbook for these one-time migrations. Use Import Records for airline roster and logbook exports.

Format review
If your format is not yet supported, submit it for review. We analyse its structure, develop and validate support, and notify you when it is ready. Releases go through automated testing and human-reviewed quality gates — not uncontrolled self-modification of production.

Import recovery
When an upload cannot be parsed, the file can be stored for review. After support is developed, tested and released through our governed pipeline, we can re-process that stored file and notify you to review the results. This is assisted recovery for unsupported or failed imports — not a claim that every past successful import is silently rewritten.
After a successful import, validation helps detect missing registrations, consistency issues and enrichment opportunities. On PREMIUM, Auto-Fix proposes reviewable corrections so records stay organised with less manual cleanup.
