LOGBOOKAIR

Supported Files

Your Airline’s Files. Imported with Less Work.

LOGBOOKAIR detects and imports logbook and roster exports from major airline crew systems β€” AIMS, IBS iFlight and Qatar TOPS.

Supported Crew & Rostering Systems

Each system has its own logbook layout. LOGBOOKAIR recognises them and maps fields for supported formats β€” no manual column matching.

🟒

AIMS

Aegean Airlines & other AIMS carriers

The AIMS crew portal is used across many European and global airlines. LOGBOOKAIR imports both the Pilot Logbook export and the Personal Crew Schedule Report β€” flights, duties, crew and currency/expiry data.

IBS iFlight

Emirates & other iFlight carriers

The IBS iFlight crew management system uses a distinct logbook layout. LOGBOOKAIR detects it and maps each leg β€” including augmenting crew, PIC/co-pilot split and landings β€” without manual configuration.

Qatar Airways β€” TOPS

Qatar Airways crew & rostering system

Qatar Airways exports an EASA-format pilot logbook from its TOPS crew portal. LOGBOOKAIR reads the full 12-column EASA layout β€” routes, block times, night and IFR time, PIC / PICUS function time, landings and crew β€” from spreadsheet and PDF exports.

One-time transfer

Bring Your Training History

Import training hours once from your school’s logbook export, then keep your airline logbook up to date with AIMS or your carrier’s crew system.

SafeLog / PilotLog.com

Pilots migrating from SafeLog or PilotLog.com

PDF: export your full logbook from SafeLog or PilotLog.com. CSV: use the full logbook CSV export β€” either the modern pilotlog_date columns or the legacy semicolon positional export (Text15 header). Both auto-detect on upload.

PDFCSV (pilotlog_date or positional Text* export)

FlightLogger

Airline pilots bringing EASA flight-school hours (PPL, CPL, ME, IR, dual time)

In FlightLogger: My Logbook β†’ Export As β†’ PDF, XLSX, XML, or CSV (EASA logbook). Upload directly β€” do not re-map columns manually.

PDFXLSXXMLCSV

LogTen Pro / Coradine

Pilots migrating from LogTen Pro (Coradine) on Mac, iPhone or iPad

In LogTen: Logbook β†’ Export β†’ "Export Flights (Tab)" or "Dynamic Export Flights (Tab)" β€” choose Tab-delimited text or CSV. Upload once to LOGBOOKAIR (PDF exports lose the PIC/SIC/night split, so use the text export).

Tab-delimited TXTCSV

FLYLOG.io

Pilots migrating from FLYLOG.io (web, iOS or Android digital logbook)

In FLYLOG.io: open Export & Print and download your logbook as CSV (web: left menu; mobile: profile β†’ Export & Print). Upload that file once to LOGBOOKAIR.

CSV

AsysAir

Pilots migrating from AsysAir flight-school management (Spain/Portugal FTOs)

In AsysAir LogBooks: open your pilot logbook, choose the date range, and export the LOGBOOK report as CSV or text. Upload that file on Transfer Logbook β€” do not re-map columns manually.

CSVTXT (LOGBOOK ENTRE … report)

SIEPA

Pilots migrating from SIEPA flight-school management (One Air and other Spanish FTOs)

In SIEPA: open Informes β†’ Logbook, select your date range and student, then print/save the LOGBOOK report as PDF. Upload that PDF on Transfer Logbook.

PDF (Informe de Horas / LOGBOOK ENTRE … report)

In the app, use Transfer Logbook for these one-time migrations. Use Import Records for airline roster and logbook exports.

File Formats We Read

Text-based exports from airline and training systems (PDFs must contain text, not scanned images).

Format review

Don’t see your format yet?

If your format is not yet supported, submit it for review. We analyse its structure, develop and validate support, and notify you when it is ready. Releases go through automated testing and human-reviewed quality gates β€” not uncontrolled self-modification of production.

1

You submit

Upload a logbook export β€” even one we have not seen.

2

Format review

We analyse the structure and notify you that support is under development.

3

Develop & test

Support is developed, covered by automated tests, and released after human-reviewed quality gates.

4

Notify & import

When support is available, we notify you and can re-process the stored file for review.

Import recovery

Failed imports can be recovered when support ships

When an upload cannot be parsed, the file can be stored for review. After support is developed, tested and released through our governed pipeline, we can re-process that stored file and notify you to review the results. This is assisted recovery for unsupported or failed imports β€” not a claim that every past successful import is silently rewritten.

Assisted enrichment after import

After a successful import, validation helps detect missing registrations, consistency issues and enrichment opportunities. On PREMIUM, Auto-Fix proposes reviewable corrections so records stay organised with less manual cleanup.

How Importing Works

1

Export from your crew portal

Download your Pilot Logbook or Schedule Report. Direct credential integration isn't permitted under airline IT-security rules β€” a single export file is all you need.

2

Upload to LOGBOOKAIR

During your free PREMIUM trial β€” and with an active ONE or PREMIUM subscription β€” drag the file onto the import page. Format recognition maps known airline layouts β€” no airline picker for supported systems.

3

Review & import

Preview every parsed flight with validation warnings, then confirm. Aircraft types and registrations are enriched where available.

PREMIUM & Free Trial

Even simpler: email your file

Forward supported files by email with an active PREMIUM subscription or during your free PREMIUM trial to admin@logbookair.com from your registered email. LOGBOOKAIR parses it and replies with a summary. In-app import is available with an active ONE or PREMIUM subscription, and during the free PREMIUM trial.

Submit your file for review

Upload it on the import page. If it isn’t recognised, you can forward it for format review. We analyse the structure, develop and validate support, and notify you when it is ready.

Bring your career across with less retyping

During your free trial, explore the full PREMIUM service, including supported imports. After the trial, subscribe to ONE or PREMIUM to continue importing, or remain on Free with manual data entry and informational AI Chat.
