We use a special A4 short-grain direction 100g/m² paper. This paper is optimum for printing, writing and most importantly for hard-bound logbooks. If you wish to change the dimensions of your logbook we have the equipment to professionally cut the paper at the size of your choice.

The Logbook binding process is handmade by a professional and certified Bookbinder.In order to provide  a high quality hardcover binding  the printed sheets of paper are cut to the appropriate logbook size and then glued and sewn together at the spine to form a long-lasting text-block.

The Pilot’s full-name and license number is imprint on the Hard-cover with Silver or Gold Letters giving a completely customized logbook or binder solution. It is also possible for large logbook or binder orders to stamp the Airline’s logo.

Quite often airlines or employers give your flight records in an excel or csv file and then you need to convert them into a JAR-FCL compliant pdf in order to print and bind your Pilot Logbook.

Available to Airline Pilots if their company is using the AIMS rostering system. Our agents will assist you with the initial setup in our web application and take care of your logbook updates using the AIMS Logbook report files from e-crew portal.

One of our trained Agents will manually enter to our web application your hand-written logbook records. You will then be able to generate a JAR-FCL compliant pdf or export the records in excel format.
